SYNOPSIS – “MOGU: The Demon Inside Never Dies”
Darkness Comes Home
When investigative journalist Lena Morris returns to the swamps of Louisiana to unravel a string of ritualistic killings, she thinks she’s chasing a myth — a whispered folktale called Mogu, said to be a forgotten voodoo entity that inhabits the souls of the weak and feeds off secrets long buried.
But the deeper Lena digs, the more she realizes this isn’t a story for headlines. It’s personal. The roots of Mogu twist into her family’s past, her mother’s madness, and the village that refuses to speak. Nightmares begin to bleed into reality. The whispers she once dismissed as legend become voices inside her head.
Soon, Lena isn’t sure if she’s hunting Mogu… or if Mogu has already found her.
Blending ancient voodoo practices, ancestral curses, and demonic possession, MOGU is a terrifying descent into the nature of evil — not just around us, but within us. In this world, the scariest monsters aren’t always the ones you see… but the ones you carry.
Once summoned, Mogu never leaves.
