2. Digital Products (Audiobooks & Podcast Access)
All digital products sold on RayBrown.net — including but not limited to:
- Audiobooks
- Podcast subscriptions or access
- Downloadable or streaming audio content
are final sale and non-refundable.
No Refund Policy (Digital Goods)
Due to the nature of digital content:
- All sales are final
- No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued
- This applies regardless of:
- Accidental purchases
- Change of mind
- Perceived value or expectations
- Partial or full consumption of the content
Once access is granted or a download is initiated, the transaction is considered complete and non-reversible.
3. Print Books
Print books are produced using print-on-demand services and are custom manufactured per order.
3.1 No Returns for Buyer’s Remorse
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

3.2 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Misprinted

All print files are considered final at the time of production.
3.4 Order Cancellation Policy
Due to automated production processes:
- Orders may only be cancelled within 15 minutes of purchase
- After this window, the order is sent to production and cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded
4. Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- Incorrect addresses entered by the customer
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

In the event of a dispute:
